HotlineOn October 17, 2023, an online meeting "How a rural green estate won a court case at the tax office" was held, in which the situation that happened in the summer of this year was analyzed, namely, the tax office imposed a fine on the rural estate for activities without registration as a FOP. The Union of Rural Green Tourism, together with a lawyer, defended in court the right of the manor to conduct activities without registration of the individual proprietor.
