Podilski Towtry is very beautiful in summer due to green forests they are covered with. At this time people celebrate Whitsun and the Green holidays. It was always considered that God created the Earth and sowed it with plants on Whitsun. A small town Sataniv is famous for its healing water and resorts "Towtry" and "Zbruch". Podillya's castles and fortresses seem to be growing out of ground. The most famous of them are Kamyanec-Podilska and Satanivska fortresses, Zgwanecky, Izyaslawsky, Letychiwsky, Medzgybozky, Starokostyantyniwsky castles that defended the land from Turkish and Tatar forays. The region has many museums, such as Shepetiwski museum of regional studies and Wolochyski historical museum, arts museum in Medzgybosh and a well-known Kamyanec-Podilski reserve which is one of the oldest in Ukraine. In the town Chorniy Ostriw you can find a memorial literary museum of a poet and fable writer L. Glibow. Nowadays Khmelnitskiy region which harmonically contain the ancient cultures of Podillya and Wolyn becomes a centre of innovative types of tourism.
